Return Policy

Upon receipt of your equipment, if there is any visible damage please refuse the package or make note of any damages to the carton on the delivery receipt so as to have a record of the damage. If the unit is refused initially or the equipment is found to be damaged after inspection please contact Smart Office immediately. Smart Office will then have a new replacement unit sent out and the old one picked up at no charge to the customer.

For deliveries where there is no visible damage please inspect materials immediately and if there are any damages or the unit is not in working order (defective) please contact Smart Office so a replacement can be sent out and the damaged or defective unit picked up at no extra charge to the customer.

Smart Office reserves the right to refuse returns for any reasons other than those stated in the above paragraphs. Restocking and shipping fees may apply in case of returns for any reasons other than those stated in the above paragraphs.
